I recently stayed at a 1-bedroom flat near the city centre and I must say, it was lovely! The decor was very nicely done, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen facilities were excellent and had everything I needed to prepare meals. The shower was fantastic, with hot water and good water pressure. The location was also great, just a short walk into town. And the best part? The price was incredibly affordable! They even provided towels, kitchen cutlery, and pots and pans, along with washing and dishwasher tablets. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Perth.

The nearest airport was Dundee Airport, which was super convenient. The apartment had a tumble dryer, dining area, and dishwasher, making it feel like a home away from home.
Oh, what fun it was to not have a hairdryer or clothes airer, and to sleep on a mattress that could double as a concrete slab!

Location was excellent, close to the river and just a short walk to the city center. the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. the hosts were attentive, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues or problems.
The sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable and impractical, with no place to rest a cup or glass. the mattress was too firm for my liking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher: The kitchen in this flat is like having a personal chef at your fingertips! I felt like a master chef whipping up gourmet meals with ease. Plus, the dishwasher made cleanup a breeze. No more scrubbing pots and pans for me!
Slight smell of smoke: Unfortunately, there was a faint odor of smoke in the living room.

Spacious and Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen in this cozy apartment is a dream come true for any aspiring chef. With a fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, it's like having a top-notch restaurant right at your fingertips. I felt like Gordon Ramsay without the pressure!
Insufficient Cleaning: The only downside to this otherwise lovely apartment was the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. The kitchen floor was a bit dirty, and the kitchen sink drain had some leftover pasta.

The flat was well equipped and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and even some basic products were provided, which was a nice touch. The shower was fantastic and provided a great experience. The location was also convenient, being close to the city centre and the River Tay. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to others.
Despite the positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks. The sofa in the lounge was too low and lacked a proper surface to place a drink on.
